One angle from the brand's own typeface. Made physical, made permanent, made iconic.

The award needed to feel like it came from Hungerstation without needing a logo to prove it. I found the detail hidden in the brand's own typeface: an 11 degree tilt built into the H letterform. I made that angle the structural foundation of the trophy. From the trophy I built a full awards identity across social media and in-app. It became iconic to the brand and Hungerstation now builds its annual awards moment around this object.

Challenge

Designing an object identifiable as Hungerstation without relying on a logo or text to carry the brand.

Goal

An award that restaurant partners would be proud to display and anyone in the industry would recognise as belonging to Hungerstation.

Result

The trophy became a brand asset. Hungerstation now builds its annual Restaurant Festival around this object every year.
